COVID-19 SAFETY PLAN

This plan has been devised in accordance with guidelines provided by WorksafeBC. 

 

Protocols & Procedures in Place Are as Follows:

 

Clients will be asked to:

  • Book appointments for services as per usual.

  • Bring a mask if they have one or one can be provided for $1.00.

  • Come alone to your appointment as there will no longer be a waiting area. 

 

If you feel sick OR answer YES to any of the following PLEASE CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT!

  • FEVER

  • CHILLS

  • NEW OR WORSENING COUGH

  • SHORTNESS OF BREATH

  • NEW MUSCLE ACHES OR HEADACHE

  • SORE THROAT 

  • HAVE TRAVELED OUTSIDE CANADA WITHIN THE LAST 14 DAYS OR WERE IN CLOSE CONTACT WITH A PERSON WHO TESTED POSITIVE FOR COVID 19

 

When you arrive for your appointment you will be asked to text Zahra (Service Provider), to inform her you are waiting in your car or outside. You will be notified when it is safe to enter the premises.

 

All surfaces such as door handles, light switches, counters, faucets, toilet seat & flush lever will be disinfected after each client. The Treatment bed will also be disinfected after each client service, and disposable wax sticks, cups and cloth strips will be used.

 

Zahra will wear a mask and (apron as per usual) and wash her hands before and after each client.
